B. Oil and Gas Exploration and Production:
ESI is specialized on providing expertise, analytical, and consulting services primary within
the Caspian Sea Region.
A partial list of completed petroleum studies available from ESI includes the following:
- Assessment of prospective and prognosis of spatial distribution of oil, gas,
and condensate resources in the South Caspian Basin;
- Hydrogeological indicators of hydrocarbon accumulations formation and prognosis
of potential reserves for alpine geosyncline basins.
- Exploration optimization and exploration risk assessment within the South Caspian Basin;
- Diagnosis of porous and deposit pressure regime in the Productive/Red Sequence (Middle
Pliocene) within local structure of the South Caspian Basin;
- Anomalous porous and deposit pressures in the Productive/Red Sequence (Middle Pliocene) of
the South Caspian Basin;
- Geothermal regime of the sedimentary deposits in the South Caspian Basin;
- Heat flow in the Productive/Red Sequence (Middle Pliocene) within the South Caspian Basin;
- Ground water database for major oil, gas, and condensate fields of Azerbaijan and Western
Turkmenistan;
- Deposit temperature and pressure database for the sedimentary cross-section of the
South Caspian Basin.
